Question: How to register?

Answer: On the homepage of this website, click the icon in the middle. Then select if you are a new or returning user. Steps can be viewed by clicking the link above.

 

Question: I can't login because I forgot my username and password. 

Answer: You may use the 'Forgot my username or password'  link to reset your login info. Please use the email address on Parent/Guardian 1 info or the email used when the family account was created. 

 

Question: I clicked 'Forgot my username and password' but did not receive the reset password email

Answer: Please check all folders including Spam.

 

Question: I am locked out and cannot login. 

Answer: Please wait for an hour and try again or contact the school administrator to unblock your family account.

 

Question: I am getting an error that my email address already exists. 

Answer: You might have already used that email to create a family account. Please login first before registering. 

 

Question: There's an error that the student already exists. I cannot complete the registration.

Answer: It means either you have an existing family account and you need to login first, or there's another family account with the same student. Please check with the school administrator to merge your duplicate family account if needed.  

 

Question: The sport that I want to participate on is not available

Answer: Please contact the school administrator to check if that sport/activity is open for registration.

 

Question: I created my account but did not receive the activation email

Answer: Please check all folders inclucing Spam.
